Transparent oriented BOPP film

Transparent biaxally oriented polypropylene film, both sides sealable, for general use, suitable for flow-pack.

Properties:

• One side corona treated (outer side of the roll)
• High transparency and gloss
• Good mechanical properties
• Perfect sealability
• Low water vapour and odour permeability
• Slip and antibloc properties facilitate its processing on packagind machines

Applications:

• Flexographic and rotogravure printing
• Lamination
• Horizontal and vertical packaging machines
• Labels for PET bottles
• For packaging of confectionery products ( i.e. cakes, chocolate bars, wafers), boxes wrapping up ( tea, coffe, cosmetics), bakery products

• BOPP AG - plain transparent biaxially oriented polypropylene film without sealable layers, for general purposes. Available thicknesses: 20-40 my

CPP – a non-oriented polypropylene film

CPP film is characterized by low water vapour transmission, high flexibility, and very good sealing parameters.

Properties:

• One side corona treated ( outer side of the roll)

• Slip and antibloc properties facilitate its processing on packagind machines

Applications:

• Flexographic and rotogravure printing
• Lamination
• For packaging of confectionery products

• CPP BS - used for packaging food products, textiles, haberdashery, vegetables and flowers,
• CPP BW -  designed for packaging food products, textiles, haberdashery, vegetables and flowers in winter conditions
• CPP BF - used for packaging food products stored at low temperatures, not lower than -20 ° C (the film for deep-freezing)
• CPP LS - suitable for lamination with other films (mainly for pasta)

LDPE Foils

LDPE polyethylene film (low density) is offered as a type, sleeve, half-sleeve.
LDPE polyethylene film can be dyed to any color according to the client's wishes.

Applications:

• Flexographic and rotogravure printing
• Lamination
• For packaging of confectionery products
• It works well at low temperatures

Foils with macroperforation

We make macroperforation of foils with holes  diameter of 8 mm or 6 mm.

Applications:

• we make macroperforation film for packing bread, vegetables and fruits with flow-pack equipment and in foil packaging.

Foils with microperforation

Most often used on PPC, BOPP, PE films,  thicknesses from 20 to 50 μ. We make microperforation on various types and thickness. There is a possibility of complete or partial perforation of the film.

The maximum width of the micro-perforated surface is 1000 mm (1300 mm tape with 150 mm non-perforated margins). The minimum width of the micro-perforation segment is 50 mm.

Application:

• perforated film finds its application in the bakery industry. This solution allows you to preserve the freshness and crispiness of the bread, even when it is packaged hot, thanks to the micro-perforation, the steam escapes to the outside.
• perforated film is also used in the sausage industry so that the product has air access, but it does not dry up excessively.

Compostable foils PLA

Biaxially oriented film, both sides heat sealable, for food packaging, biodegradable, based on PLA.

Properties:

• good mechanical properties,
• high stiffness
• excellent moisture transmission,
• good slip properties,
• resistant to oil, fat and alcohol
• biodegradable (in CO2, H2O, biomass by bacterial digestion)

Laminates

A wide range of film laminates composed depending on the client's needs, including appropriate barrier for gases, water, uv rays, weldable to various materials such as PE, PP, PET, ALU, PS, PVC.

Application:

• for packaging on a horizontal or vertical flow-pack on a closing and welding machine for containers: meat and its products, fresh and frozen fish, cheese, vegetables and other products
• as an upper foil for agricultural machines, it can be printed with an interlayer

Our printing house is equipped with a machine park that allows you to make flexographic prints up to 8 colors with a maximum print width of 1300 mm (maximum width of the strip 1350 mm).
